Important Information
Please note that the right of withdrawal/returns and complaints are separate legal rights:
• Return / Right of Withdrawal: applies when you change your mind about a purchase without providing a reason (EU, 30 days).
• Complaint: applies when a product is defective or damaged upon delivery (Sweden, 3 years under the Consumer Sales Act 2022:260).
• A fee will be charged for unclaimed parcels.
Returns (EU Right of Withdrawal)
• You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, in its original unopened packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
• Returns include free return shipping, and no restocking fee will be charged.
• Products excluded from the right of return, such as final sale or clearance items, will not be accepted.
When returning a purchase, any gifts and product samples received from BZU BZU in connection with the purchase must also be returned. If these items are not returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer a fee.
Complaints (Defective or Damaged Products)
• You have a 3-year right to make a complaint regarding defects that existed at the time of delivery.
• The right to make a complaint does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or external influences.
• Consumable products, such as cosmetics, will be taken into account when assessing complaints.
• Returns of defective or damaged products are always free of charge for the customer.
Step-by-Step Process for Returns & Complaints
1. Contact Us
• Send an email to info@bzubzueurope.com and include your order number.
• Specify whether your request concerns a return or a complaint.
2. Wait for Approval
• Never return a product before receiving instructions from us.
• If your return is approved, a shipping label will be sent to you by email for printing.
3. Send the Product
• Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
4. Inspection & Resolution
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days.
• Approved complaints will be resolved through a replacement product or a refund, in accordance with applicable law.
• For defective or damaged products, free returns always apply.

• Always inspect the product upon delivery.
• A fee will be charged for unclaimed parcels.
• Please note that our response may end up in your spam folder, so check both your inbox and spam folders.
• Returns/complaints sent without prior instructions from us will not be accepted.
• Refunds may be delayed due to banking processing times but will be completed within 30 days after the return has been approved.
