Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe. No additional fees apply for standard delivery.

Shipping methods
All orders are shipped with PostNord, Instabox, or Budbee, unless another delivery method is selected at checkout. Delivery is typically made to your mailbox, service point, parcel locker, or home delivery depending on parcel size and order value.

Delivery times
Standard delivery time is 2–3 business days, but may in some cases take longer. We pack and ship orders daily to ensure fast delivery.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during public holidays, peak periods, or due to delays from PostNord, Instabox, Budbee, or other carriers, which are outside our control.

Order processing
Orders are processed and packed on business days. Orders placed early in the day are often shipped the same day, while others are shipped the next business day. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Tracking
All parcels are shipped with a tracking number.

Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected, a return shipping and handling fee may apply. We always inform the customer before such a fee is charged.
